2020 Bentley Flying Spur W12

2020 Bentley Flying Spur W12

The new Bentley Flying Spur is powered by a W12 twin turbo TSI engine that sets new standards in performance, agility and dynamics. The Flying Spurs “new powertrain uses the latest engine management technology to deliver improved performance compared to its predecessors. For the first time in a Bentley, the new W12 features electronic steering that is coupled with active all-wheel drive and Bentley’s dynamic driving style that delivers phenomenal handling.

The Bentley Flying Spur 2020 is the third generation of the company’s luxury saloon. While the modernized W-12 engine is not as powerful as the older one, it makes the third generation Flying Spur the fastest in its class and the only to reach the 60 km / h mark in less than four seconds. It also features active all-wheel drive and is the first Bentley with all-wheel steering.

If you are one of the few that consider the Porsche Panamera and Mercedes-Benz S-Class to be close to a dozen then the Bentley Flying Spur 2020 should be at the top of your list. Drive by drive, the new Flying Spur offers a unique combination of sedan, luxury and sports car, combined with a bold new road presence and world-leading interior quality and design with the latest customer-centric technology. Bentley and Tyson are proud to offer the beautiful exterior of the Flying Spur Meteor 2020 and the hidden canvas Brunel interior, combined with a powerful 6.0-litre W12 engine combining dynamic performance with cutting-edge workmanship.

It is true that luxury limousines are the entry point into the world of Bentleys “larger and more expensive Mulsanne, but the next step in their experience is the Beau Monde. The twin-turbocharged 12-cylinder engine is well equipped, the interior is uncompromising and Bentley’s craftsmanship justifies the entry-level price. The rich get limousines, but a limousine is not just about being fast.

The third generation of the luxury saloon replaces a six-year-old saloon in a segment in which the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class and Rolls-Royce Ghost already compete. This generation of track is based on the same Volkswagen platform used by Porsche for the Panamera and Bentley for the two-door variant of the car, the Continental. For a car that feels like a bit of new money to you, the platform is a valuable starting point especially considering that the last Flying Spur is made by VW Phaeton.

It will be launched in the United States as a 2020 model, with deliveries beginning next spring. Less than two years have passed since Bentley unveiled its revamped third-generation Continental. Then there was the Flying Spur sedan, which lived up to its name because it was the 2014 Continental Flying Spur, a soup-to-nuts redesign.

New features include all-wheel steering, LED crystal-design matrix headlights, adaptive shock absorbers and improved air springs with 60 percent more air and more rigidity. These upgrades are included as standard in the city and touring equipment and include several driver assistance functions as well as an optional refrigerator to keep the champagne cool.

The massive W-12 makes the Flying Spur the fastest large sedan on the market and allows the Briton to climb the luxury segment without much resistance. The Flying Spur features eight-speed all-wheel drive and Bentley’s powerful twin-turbocharged W12 engine delivering 626 bhp.

While Mercedes-Benz and Rolls-Royce have redesigned their large saloons, the Flying Spur remains a powerful and luxurious four-door model. Read our full review of the Bentley Flying Spur V8 S. As we have already mentioned, we have used many features of EXP10 Speed 6 concept in developing the next generation of the Flying Spur.

The Flying Spur is all-wheel drive, and its twelve-cylinder twin-turbo engine transmits power to the rear wheels under normal conditions. It will need traction, which can vary to the limit depending on the driving mode. Despite the similarities with the stop-choice tire smoke W12, the engine uses two turbochargers and plenty of modern technology to generate 626 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque.

The tyres are wrapped with 2.2 “foam beads for noise reduction to keep road noise down. Smaller bikes are available at 21 inches, but many owners will imagine someone will put up with the 22.

The front position of the front axle improves the weight distribution of the Flying Spur, allowing for improved dynamic precision handling and better balance, combined with active All Wheel Drive and All Wheel Steering for a more dynamic Bentley ride.

At Bentley Rancho Mirage, Bentley’s professional team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the equipment and lease price when you visit a Bentley dealer.
